Grantham Sunrise Rotary’s Cèilidh 2025

We’re very excited to announce that Grantham Sunrise Rotary is going to be hosting a Cèilidh on Saturday, 1 February 2025!

This Cèilidh event will be a brilliant night of entertainment but its also an opportunity to bring our community together while raising funds to support our local projects. From supporting food banks to funding educational initiatives, you can help us make a real difference. Plus, what better way to brighten up a winter evening than with great music, good food, and lots of laughter?!

What Is a Cèilidh?

A Cèilidh (pronounced “kay-lee”) is a traditional Scottish social gathering filled with lively music, dancing, and a lot of fun. With a live band leading the way, you don’t need to worry if you’ve never danced a step in your life—there’ll be a caller to guide you through the moves, ensuring everyone can join in. A Cèilidh is all about enjoying yourself and connecting with others.
